Welcome to Botanicalia! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and direct services.

1. Introduction  

By accessing this website, I assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Botanicalia if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Intellectual Property Rights  

Unless otherwise stated, Botanicalia and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Botanicalia.co.uk.  All intellectual property rights are reserved.

3. Use of Our Services 

  • You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website. 

  • You must not use our website in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.

4. Privacy policy 

  • By accessing this website, you accept the terms as set out in the privacy policy (insert link via website)

5. Product Information and Pricing 

  • I strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of services appearing on the website are accurate.   

  • Due to the seasonal nature of the service provided, the images and botanicals used may change throughout the year. 

  • 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure the event booking / balance payable 7 days in advance of the workshop 

  • Payment by Sum-up machine accepting credit and purchasing cards, or via email payment link or bank transfer. 

  • Prices are inclusive of all materials, travel and delivery costs, onsite attendance and VAT  

  • Workshops will last for 1 to 2 hours, depending on workshop chosen and after discussions and agreement about your requirements 

  • Public Liability Insurance is in place – copy available on request  

  • Prices for services are subject to change throughout the year.

6. Refunds 

  • In the event I am unable to supply the service or any substitute thereof, I shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended event date. 

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. 

  • If your date and requirements change, you may be able to reschedule your event subject to a minimum of 10 days’ notice.

8. Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to my website and the use of this website.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

10. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time.
